The Kansas City Chiefs remain the Super Bowl favorites coming out of their Week 10 bye, but the team that defeated them in Week 9 took a bit of a tumble.
The Buffalo Bills, who were +600 after knocking off the Chiefs in Week 9, dropped to +900 following an ugly loss to the Miami Dolphins this past Sunday. They now have the sixth-shortest odds to win the Super Bowl.
The Philadelphia Eagles and Detroit Lions, who will meet this week on "Sunday Night Football," are tied for the second-best odds at +750. Right behind those two teams are the Los Angeles Rams (+800) and Seattle Seahawks (+850), who play each other this weekend as well.
