Record champion Rapid Vienna were the biggest winners in the market value update in the Austrian Bundesliga. The Viennese increased their squad value from €44.9 million to €51.2m with the biggest upgrade experienced by Petter Nosa Dahl. The Norwegian newcomer from Rapid was able to convince completely in his first few games and climbed from €600k to €2.5 million. Also upgraded with Nikolaus Wurmbrand with the winger increasing by €1.5m to €3.5m.



In addition to aforementioned duo, Nenad Cvetkovic, Jannes Horn, Romeo Amane, Martin Ndzie and Claudy Mbuyi all received upgrades. On the other hand, Lukas Grgic and Austrian international Jonas Auer, two performers from previous years dropped in value. The duo hardly play anymore under coach Peter Stöger with both defensive players are now valued at €1m.

There are also some changes at Red Bull Salzburg with captain Mads Bidstrup's valuation increasing to €15m and Petar Ratkov also receiving an upgrade with the Serbian now valued at €5m. Jacob Rasmussen also dropped in value with the 28-year-old enduring a disappointing season and his valuation decreased to €3m. Lucas Gourna-Douath and Moussa Yeo also both dropped in value from €8m to €6m.



There was only a few changes at Sturm Graz with Dimitri Lavalée dropping to €4m. Contrastingly, Jacob Peter Hödl is now valued at €1.5m. Away from the top clubs, Modou Kéba Cissé received a huge upgrade. The central defender of LASK will move to the Premier League to Aston Villa in the summer of 2026, as a consequence his market value has increased fivefold from to €5m. The situation is different at Austria Vienna's Johannes Eggestein, who endured the fourth largest drop in valuation from €2.5m to €1.8m. The striker arrived in Austria from FC St. Pauli in the summer and has only scored two goals in seven games.
