Lamine Yamal fired in his first senior hat-trick as Barcelona ran out comfortable 4-1 winners over Villarreal this weekend to keep their place at the top of the LaLiga table. It was a special match for manager Hansi Flick, as the German celebrated his 100th game in charge of the Catalan club. In that time, he has won last season's LaLiga title and Copa del Rey, taken the club to a Champions League final, and remains fighting on three fronts this term.
However, his side face overturning a 4-0 deficit in the second leg of their Copa del Rey semi-final tie against Atlético Madrid this Tuesday. A 'Remontada' is needed. Here at Transfermarkt, we have trawled through the archives to see how Flick's record after a century of games compares to Barca managers of yesteryear. It really highlights the great job the German is doing in Spain.
Best records after 100 games as Barcelona manager
From his 100 games in the dugout at Barcelona, Flick boasts a record of 2.34 points-per-game (ppg). Only one manager in Barca history can better that: Luis Enrique had an incredible 2.51ppg from his first 100 games with the Camp Nou club. Behind Flick in third, is legendary boss Pep Guardiola, who had a record of 2.32ppg after 100 matches in charge. In fourth is Helenio Herrera, who was in charge in the late 50s and then again in the early 80s - he had a record of 2.28ppg.

Ernesto Valverde is fifth with 2.27ppg followed by Xavi in sixth with 2.09ppg. Iconic manager Johan Cruyff is all the way down in seventh with 2.05ppg, with Englishman Terry Venables completing the top 10 with 1.90ppg. Including Super Cups, Flick has already won four trophies in that timeframe with Barca. Incredibly, both Enrique and Guardiola had won seven in that time.
