Ellie Scotney signed with Jake Paul's Most Valuable Promotions this year
Ellie Scotney will fight Mayelli Flores for the undisputed super-bantamweight world title on 14 November in Miami.
The Englishwoman, who holds the IBF, WBO and WBC world titles, will aim to complete the collection by claiming Flores' WBA strap.
Scotney will fight on the undercard of Jake Paul's exhibition bout against Gervonta Davis and will appear on a Netflix boxing event for the second time in a row.
The 27-year-old could become just the fourth Briton to win all four belts in the modern era after Josh Taylor, Chantelle Cameron and Savannah Marshall.
Scotney is undefeated in eleven fights while 33-year-old Flores has 13 wins, one loss and one draw on her record.
The Londoner has been chasing an undisputed fight since becoming unified champion in April 2024, and linked up with Paul's Most Valuable Promotions this year.
Joining Scotney on the undercard as the co-main event will be super-featherweight world champion Alycia Baumgardner, who will take on Leila Beaudoin in a defence of her WBA, IBF and WBO titles.
Baumgardner and Canadian Beaudoin will contest 12 three-minute rounds as opposed to the usual 10 two-minute rounds fought by women in championship bouts.
American Baumgardner relinquished her WBC belt as a result because the sanctioning body does not allow women to fight three-minute rounds.
There will be four world title fights on the undercard with American Gary Antuanne Russell defending his WBA 'Super' light-welterweight title against Japan's Andy Hiraoka, and Costa Rica's Yokasta Valle facing Yadira Bustillos for the WBC strawweight title.
